Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Dorchester, MA team. You will perform maintenance across a 291-unit scattered-site community, including rental units, residents’ spaces, offices, grounds, and parking areas.
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call duties 1–2 times per week. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, solid electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.
