A women's shelter in Boston is seeking an Overnight Shelter Advocate to provide a safe and respectful environment for guests in the Overnight Shelter Program. This per-diem position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to social justice. Responsibilities include managing guest safety, supervising volunteers, and documenting shift activities. The ideal candidate has at least two years of direct service experience with women experiencing homelessness.
Training in safety protocols is mandatory.
