Working from a Housing First perspective, you will help residents build skills and access resources for long-term stability, guided by a person-centered, recovery-oriented ethos. You will coordinate with teams to plan activities, ensure housing and income stability, and monitor progress while maintaining accurate records and engaging with landlords
