We’re looking for a versatile, persistent product engineer who builds reusable building blocks across the stack and advocates for a culture that finds the time and space to create high‑quality software. At Ashby you’ll ship features end‑to‑end at a high pace and own end‑to‑end product experience.

• Design and implement product features end‑to‑end, from research and specifications to delivery and maintenance.
• Build reusable, declarative filter and scheduling components used across the entire product.
• Own feature launches, work with cross‑functional teams, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Develop and maintain feature that allows users to complete signing offers within the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories into technical solutions.
• Advocate for clean architecture, good design practices, and scale‑ready solutions.

• Extensive experience building full‑stack Type Script/React applications.
• Proficiency with Graph
  
  QL APIs, Node.js, Postgres, Redis.
• Strong ability to work across the stack and own feature lifecycle.
• Track record of shipping high‑quality code in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We use a three‑round process: (1) Introduction call, (2) Pair programming technical screen, (3) Product and design interviews focused on technical design and infrastructure. No leetcode or whiteboard exercises.
