Java Full Stack developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in both middle-tier server development and front-end presentation layers.

This role involves working end-to-end—from user interfaces to database and object-oriented layers—delivering robust, high-performance web applications.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality source code across the full stack.
• Create and execute unit tests; support functional and system integration testing.
• Participate in deployment activities and provide production support as needed.
• Design and integrate application components for seamless interoperability.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, maintainability, and security standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Strong experience with:
• Core Java (multi-threading, Executor framework).
• Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis.
• RESTful web services development and integration.
• AJAX, XML/XSLT, and JSON.
• Application servers: JBoss, Apache, Tomcat.
• SQL database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Experience using Git Hub Copilot in Agent mode to assist with Java development.
• Strong understanding of web application security best practices.

• Prior experience developing Property & Casualty Insurance applications.
• Familiarity with non-functional requirements such as performance tuning and scalability strategies.
