Full Stack Developer (Onsite – Boston, MA)

Our client builds modern software and AI capabilities used across critical U.S. national security missions. They’re taking on one of the hardest, most meaningful problems in government: bringing modern engineering, real‑time data, and AI‑driven insights to federal acquisition and operational workflow.

• Build features end‑to‑end across React/Next.js and Python/Django.
• Design backend APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Deploy in AWS and work with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Work directly with users to understand real mission work.
• Ship quickly, iterate fast, and help steer product direction.
• Influence engineering standards and early team culture.

• 2–5 years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Experience building and shipping full‑stack features.
• Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework.
• Proficiency with at least one backend language/framework.
• Strong SQL fundamentals.
• Fast learner who can work across the entire stack.
• Comfortable in fast, ambiguous startup environment.
• Eligible/willing to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
