• Design and build scalable, high-performance systems that power millions of transactions.
• Influence architectural decisions and mentor teammates.
• Build and maintain Python APIs, data pipelines, and analytics.
• Develop infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Implement geolocation-based access controls, AML/KYC compliance, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-team product and technical teams.
• Contribute to architectural design and mentorship of junior engineers.

• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems.
• Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing.
• Proficiency in API development, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and geolocation-based access controls.
• Familiarity with system security, AML/KYC compliance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and product teams.

• Experience in gaming, fintech, or social application development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural design.

$100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus or commission eligible.
