We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer to drive the development of our web platform. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to build performant, scalable features – ranging from intuitive UI interactions to robust backend services. If you love working on real-time collaborative systems, interactive graphics, or tools that empower creative professionals, this role is for you.

Key Requirements: JavaScript/Type Script proficiency, React or Vue experience, backend knowledge (Node.js or Python)

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain frontend features across the xFigura web app
• Build and optimize multiplayer interactions, state synchronization, and real-time tooling
• Design integrations for self-hosted deployments and scalable APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong attention to detail
• Participate in code reviews, stand‑ups, and product planning sessions
• Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and UX challenges

• Proven experience with backend and modern JavaScript/Type Script and frameworks like React or Vue
• Strong backend skills with Node.js or Python
• Solid understanding of REST or Graph

• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to technical projects

• Experience with AEC tools and 3D CAD/BIM/graphics systems
• Knowledge of MLOps & AI pipelines
• Background in collaborative/multiplayer systems
• Experience with real‑time graphics, design tools, or canvas‑based UI
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Interest in product design and developer‑focused UX
