JMA is seeking a Backend Developer to design and implement the OAMP platform, contributing to the future of 5G connectivity. You will develop backend services for managing 4G/5G Base Band Unit applications, collaborate with team members on new features and bug fixes, and design/implement new components and software packages. You'll work closely with the Technical Lead and QA team, utilizing standardized communication interfaces (3

GPP, O-RAN, CBRS Alliance) in a Kubernetes-based environment.

Responsibilities

Develop backend code in GO and C++.
Implement interfaces defined by 3

GPP, O-RAN, and CBRS Alliance.
Implement JMA-specific APIs for integration with other JMA OAMP software modules.
Interface with QA for product validation and release cycles.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in backend development with GO (and C++ knowledge).
Proficiency in Git and agile workflows.
Working knowledge of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes environments.
Networking knowledge.
Attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have

CI/CD experience (via Jenkins).
Experience in writing microservice applications.
