Position: .NET Developer

Position SummaryThe Data Operations and Technology unit, within the Center for Health Information and Analysis, is looking to hire a skilled Application Developer to work with the Application Development team.
Responsibilities- Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
- Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Critically evaluate the .NET components that currently exist within existing CHIA architecture and provide well thought out strategy to stabilize and improve this area of our application stack.
- At least 15 years of hands‑on Software Development experience.
- 10+ years of experience with .NET development using C# or equivalent language.
- Hands‑on experience building enterprise level web applications and supporting binaries.
- Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Knowledge of Relational Databases, MS SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Experience with Azure Classic Portal & Azure Resource Manager in cloud deployments.
- Experience with Azure PaaS technologies.
- Experience with Azure pipelines and deployments.
Experience with Hashing technologies. - Excellent communication skills: verbal and written, along with excellent documentation skills.
