• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high‑quality products and solutions.

• Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives and scale the infrastructure.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement where team members can mentor and coach one another.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience and hands‑on technical management, or a PhD with 4 years of software engineering work experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations with strong performance management practices.
• Bachelor of Science, Master’s, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers at all levels.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels.

• Hands‑on technical management experience building large‑scale distributed systems.
