Full Stack Software Engineer

Remote

Duration: 6 months plus extension

Compensation: $60 – $65hr.

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, You will be contributing to the design, development, testing, prod releases and on-call support on React JS based UI frameworks and backend system for applications.

• Design and develop UI Components using React
  
  JS & frontend technologies focusing on scalability, latency, and resiliency.
• Actively participate in architecture and code reviews to deliver high quality code.
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies such as grooming, planning, demos and retros.
• Make meaningful contributions to the team’s service architecture, data architecture, dev-ops, infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines and public cloud services as part of a software development team.
• Adhere to enterprise architecture and coding standards.
• Create, enhance or integrate APIs using React Js and Java.
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshooting production issues and operational excellence.
• You will have responsibility over components of the systems — both development and operational needs.
• Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Debug production issues in the services and tech stack.
• Be a hands‑on Engineer spending most of your time writing code or debugging complex issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree (CS related preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of experience in front end technology.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience in React
  
  JS framework.
• Minimum 1 years of software development in Java / Spring Boot stack.
• Experience in professional software engineering practices throughout the full software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, conducting code reviews, managing source control, overseeing build processes, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals — object‑oriented design, data structures, algorithm – design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
• Analytical abilities and design skills & a working knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience with designing, building and deploying features.
• Ability to learn domain knowledge in e‑commerce.
