LOCATION:
MUST BE HYBRID ONSITE IN NEEDHAM, MA OR BOSTON, MA 3 TIMES/WEEK FROM DAY 1.
** TOP SKILLS**
- 12-15+ years of Core java development and technical experience leading projects as a lead hands-on developer.
- hands on Core Java Multithreading
- Concurrency
- Memory Management
- Server-Side Tuning/Performance Tuning of mission critical applications
- Kernel level programming is a strong plus!
- Ideally 12-15+ years of development experience with at least 8+ years with Java and must have experience working with Spring
- MUST HAVE - Core Java Multithreading, Concurrency, Memory Management, Exception Handling, Server-Side Tuning/Performance Tuning of mission critical applications. Kernel level programming is a strong plus!
- AWS Cloud(ECS, EC2, Cloud Formation). If they do not have this but has experience with other cloud technologies, we can consider
- Kafka is a very strong +
- Nodejs and React would be a +
- Financial services domain experience is a solid plus
- Basic understanding of GraphiQL
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS –ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDANTLY AND TAKES OWNERSHIP OF THEIR WORK.
- THIS PERSON WILL DRIVE THE SOLUTION ON THE WORK THAT THEY OWN.
