About

The Role

We are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join us in defining the future of AI + human healthcare. This role can be remote, but will be hybrid for those located in NY/Boston or able to move to our in-person office.

You will have significant responsibility and ownership over our product, along with the opportunity to shape the future of our engineering organization. You will work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams while interfacing with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide as we lead the future of AI in clinical care. Our engineering work spans a range of disciplines, including full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Leading initiatives with our Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes.

• Working closely with our ML research team to bring cutting‑edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement these features into our agentic framework.

• Improving our physician‑facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities.

• Architecting scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of building production software, ideally with 2+ years at startups or growth companies.

• Proficiency in our tech stack:
React, Next Js, Node.js (Type Script), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis.

• Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end‑users and large enterprise clients.

• Opinionated about up‑leveling your own engineering skills and the team around you.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments.
