Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for a Full Stack Engineer to join a global consulting firm assisting in the GenAI portfolio. This is an individual contributor role, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our global team and support the development of custom-built GenAI solutions, including automation platforms like N8n and other innovative products within our GenAI portfolio.
This is a fast-paced, experimental environment where agility, creativity, and technical excellence are key. This position will be fully remote in LATAM countries working EST hours. This is a contract position with opportunity for extension.
Pay-rate: $20-28/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

- At least 5 years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Type Script, and frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM technologies (OpenAI API, Lang Chain, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong grasp of API design, data integration, and microservices architecture.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, experimental setting with minimal supervision.
