Wellington Management is seeking motivated undergraduate students to join its 2027 Technology Summer Internship Program. This 10-week paid internship provides hands-on software engineering experience, mentorship, and exposure to the investment management industry and the technologies that support it.
Interns will work full-time at our Boston headquarters beginning June 2027, with a housing stipend and a flexible schedule that includes four days in the office and one remote workday.
