Must be onsite at client office in metro Boston (not a remote role)
Software Engineers with solid SWIFT experience needed for portfolio/investment accounting project.
- Swift Build cloud based Swift application
- core dependency for Corporate Actions messaging/confirmations and for Cash payments integration; roadmap includes next-gen SWIFT module.
- Currently weleveragevendor tool; would prefer to move onto STT BESS(plus)
Skill sets:
- React (working knowledge; lightweight UI / operational screens)
- Microservices with Event streaming & messaging (Kafka / Azure Event Hubs)
- API design (REST and messaging contracts, schema & versioning)
- Relational data modeling (PostgreSQL)
- Should‑have Financial / payments domain modeling (transactions, accounting flows)
- Experience creating services that auto‑recover from failures
- Observability & operability (metrics, tracing, repair tooling)
- Experience in regulated financial environments
- Coding with AI assistance (Copilot / LLM‑assisted workflows)
