- Having 10+ years of experience in Windchill development
- Strong fundamentals on Windchill Customization and configurations, reporting framework customization, workflow customization, customer handling,
- Strong customization background around Formprocessors, Validators, Data utilities, Form Controllers, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies - JavaScript, GWT, JQuery, XML, JSPs, SQL, etc.
- Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture
- Experience in at least one full life-cycle PLM implementation with Windchill.
- Should have strong coding skills in Windchill Application Development and customization.
- Knowledge & experience in the Build and Release process
- Experience on Windchill PDMLink, Project Link and Reporting
- Good experience working using Agile methodology
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the customer and demonstrate the solution developed
