Software Engineer, .NET Developer, C# / Unity Developer, Full Stack Developer
A growing software company is seeking a Software Engineer to join its development team and help build customer-facing applications used by enterprise and government organizations. This role will focus on developing and enhancing business-critical applications across desktop and mobile environments.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with C#, .NET, and WPF development, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance software applications and platform features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using best practices and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain unit tests to support application quality and reliability.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and team collaboration.
- Support client-facing demonstrations and technical discussions as needed.
- 4 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with .NET and C#.
- Experience building desktop applications using WPF.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns such as MVVM.
- Experience working through the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience writing unit tests and maintaining application quality.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with .NET Core.
- Experience with Xamarin Forms or cross-platform mobile development.
- Experience with XAML.
- Familiarity with NUnit, NSubstitute, or similar testing frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise or government-focused applications.
