Job description:Dev Sec Ops Lead owns the execution rails:
Pipelines, environments, secrets and access, security scanning and control gates, observability, and the run model once code is live.
The job is to make the path to production the easy path. Environment management sits here for both arms, including the shared environment where Nova meets the existing estate, which means one booking owner, one refresh calendar, and the call on whose refresh wins when two release schedules collide.
