Our client, a fast-paced engineering organization building high-scale, secure APIs and microservices, is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join their team. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting the API & Microservices delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and excellent communication skills that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide strong technical leadership and direction to engineering teams, guiding solution design, architecture, and best practices. Review code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability, while mentoring team members to grow technically and professionally. Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs, contributing hands-on across backend, frontend, automation, and cloud. Support CI/CD pipelines and production support where required, ensuring smooth delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Drive test automation initiatives, including defining and reviewing automation strategies using Cypress, and contribute to quality gates in CI/CD.What's Needed?10+ years of software development experience with strong secure coding practices, code reviews, and system design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory technical skills:
Golang (backend), AWS (production cloud), React JS (frontend), Python (scripting or backend), and Cypress automation (UI/browser automation). Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to provide regular client status updates on progress, risks, and dependencies, and act as a key technical point of contact.
