We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will independently deliver features and improvements to healthcare technology that powers prior authorization for health plans covering 15+ million members. - Write short design notes for non-trivial work, articulating tradeoffs between approaches before committing to implementation
- Debug and resolve production issues in your owned area, using logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes and ship fixes

- Provide high-signal code reviews that catch issues, suggest improvements, and help teammates grow
- Support onboarding of new team members and mentor interns or new hires on bounded, well-scoped tasks
