Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain real-time software applications and systems.
- Design, implement, and optimize object-oriented C++ software solutions.
- Develop and integrate GPU-accelerated algorithms for high-performance processing.
- Implement publish/subscribe and multithreaded architectures.
- Design and develop middleware components and system interfaces.
- Perform system planning, software deployment, and compliance verification.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in existing software and implement enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing and support system-level integration testing.
- Document testing results, system updates, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field (may substitute with Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Software/Algorithm Development.
- 5+ years of experience in C/C++ programming.
- 5+ years of experience in GPU Programming.
- 5+ years of experience in Multithreaded Programming.
- 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Software Design and Development.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Design/Development.
- 5+ years of experience with Middleware, DDS, Publish/Subscribe architectures, and IDL.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages, adapt to new methodologies, and work outside of comfort zones.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
