Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location:
Boston, Massachusetts Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
We’re looking for a Developer L1 to join our engineering team. You’ll work on real software problems from day one — writing code, fixing bugs, and building features that actually ship. This isn’t a “shadow someone for six months” role. You’ll contribute to production systems early on, with support from senior engineers who care about helping you grow.
What You’ll Do- Write clean, maintainable code across the stack
- Debug issues in existing systems and implement fixes
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on feature development
- Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback
- Write unit tests and contribute to automated testing efforts
- Work within an agile team: standups, sprints, retrospectives
- Learn the codebase fast and ask good questions when something doesn’t make sense
- Experience with REST APIs or web frameworks
- Exposure to SQL or No
SQL databases - Any internship or project experience shipping real software
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Mentorship from experienced engineers
- Opportunities to grow into higher-level roles
- A team that values good work over performative busyness
Work authorization: OPT candidates are welcome to apply.
