Senior Software Engineer

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $148,108, providing a competitive compensation package. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our portfolio companies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency

Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems

Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Continuously improve our development processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend and full-stack development

Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or Java

Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment
