Five Iron Golf is seeking a Golf Coach
. The coach is primarily responsible for delivering high‑quality golf instruction and will report directly to the General Manager of Performance. You will balance individual and group lessons with engagement time, working closely with our Social and Performance Teams to introduce golfers to lessons, fittings, and memberships.

• Deliver best‑in‑class golf instruction through individual and group lessons for players of all levels.
• Utilize Track Man and other Five Iron technologies to provide data‑driven, personalized coaching and custom club fittings in partnership with Callaway Tour Fitting.
• Actively engage guests during Golf Experience Engagement Time — promoting lessons, swing evaluations, fittings, and memberships.
• Build and retain a loyal client base by creating welcoming, memorable, and performance‑driven experiences.
• Represent Five Iron Golf at corporate events, delivering fun, high‑energy instructional sessions.
• Maintain a consistent lesson schedule that meets productivity goals and performance expectations.
• Leverage social media to promote your coaching services and the Five Iron brand.
• Conduct junior clinics and support community outreach programs to grow the game.
• Follow up with students to convert swing evaluations into ongoing lessons and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as an on‑floor Performance Expert, engaging with members to elevate their overall golf experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and certification programs to continually sharpen your coaching skills.

• Minimum 5 years of golf coaching experience, with a proven record of helping players at all levels achieve measurable improvement.
• Expert‑level understanding of swing mechanics, ball flight laws, and launch monitor data, with the ability to translate technical insights into practical, results‑driven instruction.
• Highly proficient in video analysis and fluent with modern golf technology tools, including performance tracking and fitting systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging golfers of all skill levels and clearly conveying complex concepts in an accessible, motivating way.
• Energetic and engaging personality with a passion for creating fun, inclusive, and dynamic group learning environments.
• Committed to continuous improvement, both personally and professionally — eager to learn, grow, and mentor fellow coaches to elevate overall team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PGA or LPGA affiliation and/or graduation from a PGM program strongly preferred.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

• A set schedule with two days off per week for true work‑life balance.

Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000
, depending on performance. Includes a competitive base salary plus strong incentive‑based compensation opportunities.
