Fitness Specialist

Role Description

110 Fitness is the largest fitness center in the world for people with Parkinson’s disease. This part‑time, on‑site role is located in Rockland, MA. The Fitness Specialist will lead group exercise sessions, provide one‑on‑one fitness instruction, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for clients. Responsibilities include developing personalized fitness programs, educating clients about health and wellness, monitoring progress, and maintaining a clean and organized workout area.

Cooperation with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and a high‑quality fitness experience is expected.

• Proven experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
• Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and the Fitness Industry
• Strong focus on Customer Service and client satisfaction
• Ability to create, adapt and deliver diverse fitness programs
• Certification in personal training, fitness instruction, or group exercise (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred)
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
