We’re looking for full-time personal trainers in Boston who are enthusiastic about helping people transform their lives. Our Healthworks Group Trainer Academy will provide you with the tools to become a successful personal trainer within our company.

As a personal trainer at Healthworks, you will:

• Provide exceptional fitness experiences that are safe, effective and support our members' efforts to reach their fitness goal
• Provide members, guests and fellow team members with legendary service and enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club
• Meet individual revenue/training goals and contribute to the overall financial success of the department, club and company
• Work in partnership with the other members of the Healthworks Group team and contribute to the efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the department and club
• Contribute to a clean and safe environment
• Help change member's lives through safe and effective exercise programming
• See a combination of in‑person and remote training sessions
• Have the opportunity to train clients privately and lead a variety of small‑group training programs

Your

Qualifications:

• A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
• An enthusiasm and passion for fitness
• A hospitable and positive attitude
• A natural ability to network and build a personal training client base
• The ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
• Preferred shifts: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–9:00 PM;
  Saturday/Sunday, 7:15 AM–2:00 PM;
  Sunday, 1:00 PM–8:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Hourly pay for 35 hrs per week to help you get started with additional commission for paid training sessions delivered.
• Performance‑based pay once full‑time client base is built, potential to exceed $80,000 a year
