YourKey Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:
PT Business Management- Build and maintain an active client base.
- Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
- Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
- Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
- Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
- Enhance member experiences through personal interactions.
- Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
- Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.
- Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your skills.
- Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
- Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
- A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
- Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
