About Boston Legacy FC
Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026. We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. We are passionate about advancing women’s sports, investing in our local community, and redefining the future of professional soccer. As a startup club with a big vision, we’re building from the ground up—and looking for entrepreneurial team members who want to be part of something extraordinary.
The Role
The Operations Coordinator is a foundational, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day functioning of Boston Legacy FC’s Soccer Operations group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in doing the small things exceptionally well. Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic are critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities

Soccer Operations & Player Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support across Soccer Operations, assisting with scheduling, logistics, and ad-hoc needs as they arise.
- Support player care requests, helping coordinate travel, housing-related logistics, and other operational needs in partnership with the Soccer Operations team.
- Assist with execution of team travel for high-lift events, including preseason camps and extended away trips.
- Support training facility operations and maintain a professional, organized working environment for players and staff.
General & Ad-Hoc Support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with coaching, performance, medical, and business operations staff to support team needs.
- Assist with special projects and evolving operational priorities as assigned by senior leadership.
- Provide flexible, reliable support during nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours as required by the team schedule.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in team operations, equipment, travel coordination, or a similar hands-on role within sports or live events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and travel as required.
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting, carrying, and extended periods on your feet.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
