CDL Class A Driver

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A Driver for a regional position in Boston, MA. If you have the skills and work ethic to handle freight professionally, we offer the lanes, equipment, and pay structure to match what you bring to the job.

As a CDL-A driver, your regional routes will have a home–weekly fleet, providing consistency and predictability, steady work, reliable home time, and support that keeps you moving without a runaround.

• $1,400 to $1,415 per week average pay, paid weekly
• Extra pay for stops, breakdown, detention, layover, and clean inspections
• Transition pay during first few weeks to keep earnings steady while you settle in
• 6 full days of home time per month with flexible scheduling
• Modern Peterbilt 579s with Sirius
  
  XM, inverters, TV mounts, fridges, and Espar bunk heaters

• Late‑model trucks with no slip seating and no outdated tech, maintained and ready to work
• Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation and holiday pay

Orientation is quick and straightforward. Hotel, travel, and meals are all covered. No buses or classroom marathons. You’ll leave orientation in your own truck, ready to roll with your first load and start earning right away.

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor‑truck experience
• Professional attitude, seriousness about job, and desire to be part of a like‑minded company
