Regular License is required to drive vehicles safely and efficiently for ACERTUS.

We are looking for team players committed to delivering excellent customer service in a part‑time role of up to 29 hours per week. Typical start times are 8 a.m., and drivers work 3–4 days a week with varying end times based on volume.

Primary responsibilities:

• Retrieve fleet vehicles from clients, storage yards, or local offices and deliver them to various locations.
• Ensure services are performed and deliver vehicles safely.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

We offer:

• $16 per hour.
• $250 Driver Referral Bonus.

We require:

• At least 23 years of age (candidates over 65 subject to insurance review).
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Clean MVR.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• No smoking, vaping, tobacco use, eating, or drinking in customer vehicles or delivery locations.
• One year of driving experience.
• Ability to operate a smartphone/device.
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Travel up to 150 miles from the office.
• Ability to enter and exit various vehicles (cars, vans, Sprinter‑type vans, 24–26 ft. box trucks).
• Preferable experience driving larger vehicles (vans, Sprinter‑type vans, box trucks).
• Proficiency with computers, hand‑held devices, and GPS.
• English reading and writing ability.
• Ability to schedule deliveries and follow directions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient prioritization and task management.
• Accuracy in documentation.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Client relationship building and customer service delivery.
• General automotive knowledge for inspections and minor repairs.
• Ability to drive long distances safely.
• Emergency response procedure knowledge.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver and pick up vehicles for customers at various locations.
• Complete an Electronic Condition Report (ECR) after each delivery and pickup.
• Use Uber/Lyft (company paid) or a company car for pickups, deliveries, or service runs.
• Transport vehicles to and from service vendors as needed.
• Ensure vehicle compliance with transporter plates and legal requirements.
• Follow the Hub Partner Uniform Policy and maintain a professional appearance.
• Communicate proactively with clients and management via the company cell phone.
• Check in and out all company equipment at shift start and end.
• Monitor company email and UKG scheduling notifications daily.
• Submit required documents such as fuel receipts promptly.
• Perform minor vehicle clean‑up (vacuuming, removing items, courtesy washes).
• Process vehicle registrations at the local DMV when assigned.
• Conduct lot inventory and vehicle inspections as needed.
• Perform PAVE inspections and exercises when assigned.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
