What you’ll be doing :
  • Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships with them
  • Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory checks
  • Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering our parts
  • Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador while meeting customers during deliveries
  • Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to
  • Maintaining the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
  • Other duties as needed

What you’ll need
  • Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary, with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs for the entire shift
  • Ability to handle cash‑charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately
  • Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups made
  • Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  • Driving experience within the metropolitan area using maps and directions
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

This position offers an hourly pay of $17.30. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates, and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications. We value the unique contributions of each team member and encourage candidates to discuss their backgrounds during the interview process.
