Receiving Clerk

Salary: $75,000 per year

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our hospitality team. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and documenting deliveries while ensuring that all products and supplies meet quality and quantity standards.

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries

• Verify quantities, quality, and condition of products

• Match deliveries against purchase orders and invoices

• Check products for accuracy, freshness, and damage

• Record and maintain accurate receiving and inventory documentation

• Organize and properly store food, beverages, supplies, and equipment

• Coordinate with vendors regarding discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items

• Ensure proper storage and rotation of products

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area

• Communicate with management, kitchen, purchasing, and vendors as needed

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

• Assist with inventory counts and other operational tasks as needed

• Previous receiving, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse experience preferred

• Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to accurately handle invoices, purchase orders, and delivery records

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift, move, and organize deliveries as required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety and proper storage procedures preferred
