You need 2+ years of warehouse supervision experience. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is required. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse is a safe and secure environment for all employees.
• Work with your team to improve efficiency and productivity, and to implement new processes and technologies as needed.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse, and work to prevent them from happening in the future.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the warehouse's operations and performance.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3‑5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both colleagues and customers.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a physically demanding environment.
