Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00/hr (actual pay may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location). Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems as part of the Goodyear auto service center team.
• Perform line technician services: routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues immediately and adhere to company policies.
• Promote teamwork to deliver accurate and timely guest care during all operating hours.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience with brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Display a commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience in electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition.

Shift Information: Store may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
