Full-Time Baby & Toddler Nanny – Bothell, WA

We’re looking for an active, engaging nanny to care for two sweet girls (a 3-month-old baby and a playful 2-year-old) in Bothell. The ideal candidate is energetic, outdoorsy, and creative—someone who loves planning stimulating, screen-free activities and is excited to help little ones hit their developmental milestones. This role is perfect for a nanny who’s silly, fun, and hands‑on, while also supporting healthy routines and providing a nurturing, structured environment.

Location:Bothell, WA Schedule:Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (36 hrs/week)
Start Date:January 2026 Pay: $28–$35/hour

They’re looking for a nanny who will partner with them to create a loving, engaging environment filled with outdoor play, crafts, and learning opportunities. Open communication, patience, and consistency are especially important to them.

• Loving care for a 3-month-old and 2-year-old
• Bottles, pump accessory cleaning, and diapering
• Supporting naps and daily routines
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Engaging play, crafts, outdoor time, and early learning activities

• 2+ years of experience with infants and toddlers
• 3 childcare references available upon request
• CPR certified (or willing to get certified)
• Guaranteed hours
• Paid time off and sick leave
• Legal pay in line with WA state labor law
