Structural Engineer – Entry‑level – Bothell, WA

Réalis is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Power & Industrial Power Delivery Team. This position is based out of Bothell, WA.

• Design and develop plans and drawings, including preliminary layout and/or final drawings.
• Perform simple drafting and CAD assignments following detailed instructions.
• Compile data and prepare reports.
• Assist engineers with structures plan production tasks.
• Develop engineering calculations under the supervision of senior structural engineers.
• Perform field observations of construction where appropriate.

• Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited college/university.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a related technical field.
• Special skills:
  • Math skills to perform calculations; willingness to learn.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and FEM software (strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrates initiative and collaborates effectively across teams.
  • Capable of working independently while actively contributing to team goals.
• Professional registrations: E.I. or E.I.T. or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (strongly preferred).

$70,000 - $85,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
