Réalis is seeking a Power & Industrial Structural Engineer to join our Power & Industrial Power Delivery Team. This is an
** entry-level
** position and is based out of Bothell, WA.Atkins

** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Design and develop plans and drawings, which may include the development of preliminary layout and/or final drawings.
* Perform simple drafting and CAD assignments following detailed instructions.
* Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of reports.
* Assist engineers with Structures plan production tasks.
* Develop engineering calculations under the supervision of senior structural engineers.
* Perform field observations of construction where appropriate.
** QUALIFICATIONS

* EXPERIENCE:

+ 0-2 years of experience in a related technical field.

* EDUCATION:

+ B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited college/university
* SPECIAL

SKILLS:

+ Math skills to perform calculations; willingness to learn.  + Candidate must have a valid US driver’s license  + Proficiency in Microsoft Office  +

Experience with AutoCAD and FEM software (strongly preferred).  + Demonstrates initiative and collaborates effectively across teams  + Capable of working independently while actively contributing to team goals
* PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS:  + E.I. or E.I.T. or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (strongly preferred)
