Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the behavioral needs of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis, ensuring alignment with best practices in applied behavior analysis.
• Implement evidence‑based behavioral interventions and monitor progress through ongoing data collection and patient assessment.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality of client records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities is essential.
• Strong skills in data collection, medical documentation, and understanding of medical records are required.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and developing diagnostic evaluations is highly desirable.
