The ITCS Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality end‑user IT services at the site. This role focuses on the management and support of laptops, mobile devices, conference room technology, and related client services. The ITCS Lead ensures seamless technology experiences for users, drives continuous improvement, and provides technical expertise to resolve complex issues.

This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be located in Bothell, WA. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to resolve high‑priority or unresolved incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within IT (e.g., End User Computing, Network, Cloud & Info Sec teams) to ensure seamless integration, proactive issue prevention, and alignment with I&O objectives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and facilities for installation, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance end‑user support processes and service delivery.
  • Work closely with the IT Site Lead and cross‑functional teams to align client services with business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in end‑user IT support, device management, or related roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in laptops, mobile devices, and conference room AV technology.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel Requirements
  • 5% travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Certifications
  • ITIL Certification.

The annual salary range for this role is $95K-$114K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
