Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to perform the following job duties.

Development and Enhancement of Data Analytics Platforms

Job Duty: Consulting on and designing predictive models, data analytics pipelines, and data-driven platforms to support decision‑making for financial, operational, and marketing insights.

• Creating machine learning models, predictive algorithms, and data visualization dashboards using Python, R, and SQL.
• Utilizing big data frameworks like Spark and Hadoop for data processing.
• Implementing ETL processes and maintaining data pipelines on Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Building cloud‑based solutions on Azure for large-scale data analysis.

Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Model Building

Job Duty: Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns, supporting stakeholder decision‑making with data‑driven recommendations.

• Developing business intelligence dashboards, defining KPIs, and automating reports using Power BI and Azure Synapse.
• Conducting statistical analysis, A/B testing, and time series forecasting for business insights.
• Supporting data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Statistical Tools: Excel, Power BI, Jupyter Notebooks.

Data Engineering and Data Management

Job Duty: Building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing data storage and retrieval on Azure.

• Setting up data infrastructure on Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse.
• Building ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and managing data warehouse architecture.
• Coordinating with engineering teams for data model optimization and data integration.

Model Evaluation and Deployment

Job Duty: Deploying models into production, monitoring performance, and iterating on model improvements.

Tasks Include:

• Deploying models using Azure Machine Learning services.
• Monitoring model performance, fine‑tuning algorithms, and retraining models for accuracy.
• Collaborating with Dev Ops for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science or Information Systems or Computer Information Systems OR education + experience which is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Computer Information Systems
