QA SDET Engineer; No H1B

These positions have been open for a while. The manager indicated that the main issue was a lack of true AUTOMATION TESTERS with development experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a developer, preferably in the wireless industry
• At least 2 years of professional experience with CA Lisa, Service Virtualization, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex problems and perform root cause analyses
• Understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Appium, Sauce Labs, Rest Assured, Postman, Cucumber, Jasmine, Protractor, or other frameworks
• At least 2 years of experience with various testing methodologies, including Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development
• At least 1 year of experience with issue-tracking software and agile project management systems
• Experience in an Agile development environment, preferably with CI/CD or Dev Ops
• Specific skills required may vary depending on the role's focus (UI, middle tier, database, BI, packaged applications)
