• 5+ years management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional or multiple departments.
• Ability to manage remotely across geographically diverse locations.
• Supporting production applications and managing trouble tickets for 5+ years.
• Coordinating development efforts with stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, developers, customers, and vendors for 4+ years.
• Business/functional analysis experience for 2+ years.
• Experience working directly with business partners on operational issues and communicating effectively with senior management and dispersed customers.
• Preferred experience in Websphere, CQ, E-commerce or web-commerce, Wireless industry support (financial, customer support, provisioning, billing).
