Job Description

• Apply solid troubleshooting concepts to discover and resolve issues impacting system stability and timely delivery.

• Provide guidance, leadership, and expertise to team members, focusing on complex and specialized issues.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT or related field.
• 2-5 years of management/lead experience in IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of management/leadership in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Proven ability to lead in a diverse market environment.
• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience including leadership/management.
• At least three years’ experience in relationship building.
• 3+ years’ experience in middleware technologies such as Tibco/Oracle Fusion.
• 3+ years’ experience in Oracle Weblogic.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and goal setting.
• 5+ years of telecommunication experience, preferably wireless.
• Experience with operational principles and processes for at least 5 years.
• Experience managing software code fixes for 5+ years.
• Experience working with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• 5+ years’ experience managing IT support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating development efforts with stakeholders for 5+ years.
• 3+ years’ experience in business/functional analysis and testing.
• Experience working directly with business partners and communicating with senior management and dispersed customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate team activities.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure reliability, timeliness, and productivity of operations. Develop and execute strategic processes.
• Identify risks in development cycles and resource allocation. Implement project management solutions.
• Foster a productive, responsive, and high-morale work environment.
• Provide 24/7 support as needed.
