Support production software/hardware configuration and deployments for large middleware systems.

The Manager of Application Support will provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to team members, focusing on complex and specialized issues.

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proven management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in relationship building.
• 3+ years in middleware technologies such as Tibco or Oracle Fusion.
• 3+ years experience with Oracle Weblogic.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and goal setting.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, preferably wireless.
• Operational principles and processes experience for 5+ years.
• Management of software code fixes for 5+ years.
• Experience working with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• 5+ years managing IT support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coordination of development efforts with stakeholders for 5+ years.
• 3+ years in business/functional analysis and testing.
• Experience collaborating with business partners and communicating with senior management.

• Lead and coordinate personnel activities.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure reliability, timeliness, and productivity of operations.
• Develop and implement strategic processes to reduce deployment errors and achieve high availability.
• Identify risks and manage resources effectively.
