Store Manager

Base Pay: $24.48/hr - $29.91/hr (commensurate with local minimum wage; additional bonuses may apply).

• Maximize sales by leading the team to deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company in accordance with policies.
• Maintain customer base, increase sales volume at assigned accounts, and review customer needs to gain market share.
• Coordinate sales call efforts with the Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team members, including recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging.
• Use scheduling and time‑keeping recommendations to develop and post work schedules; review timecards for accuracy.
• Ensure team members improve skills through training on policies, procedures, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing Departments to establish pricing levels for professional customers.
• Protect gross profit on outside purchases; monitor price override and match policies.
• Maintain store organization, safety, planogram changes, and merchandising plans.
• Provide accurate inventory control data.
• Handle daily store accounting functions: sales reports, bank deposits, cash drawers and checks.
• Monitor charge accounts, resolve past‑due situations, and communicate with Sales Manager and credit.
• Implement loss prevention procedures and oversee billing, refunds, credit and stock transfers.
• Maintain store vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Attend Annual Managers' Conference and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, Manager Development Program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Desired

• Certified Parts Professional or ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages;
  Spanish highly desired.
