We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Sales Representative to join our team. This is a growth-focused role where you’ll follow up on leads, educate customers, and provide tailored solutions to keep their homes and businesses pest-free.
What You’ll Do
Meet with prospective residential and commercial customers to evaluate pest control needs.
Provide detailed and accurate estimates for pest prevention and treatment services.
Educate customers on available treatment options, maintenance plans, and long-term prevention strategies.
Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.
Build lasting relationships with customers for ongoing service contracts and referrals.
Work closely with technicians to ensure estimates and scope of services align with field operations.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience required: 2+ years in pest control, home services sales, or related field.
Knowledge of common pest control practices, treatment methods, and prevention a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills—you know how to earn trust and close deals.
Ability to measure, assess, and price jobs accurately.
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
