Our pest control division, Washington Pest Services, offers reliable solutions for residential and commercial clients, including rodent control, insect treatments, preventative maintenance, and exclusion services.

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Sales Representative to join our team. This is a growth-focused role where you’ll follow up on leads, educate customers, and provide tailored solutions to keep their homes and businesses pest-free.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with prospective residential and commercial customers to evaluate pest control needs.

  • Provide detailed and accurate estimates for pest prevention and treatment services.

  • Educate customers on available treatment options, maintenance plans, and long-term prevention strategies.

  • Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.

  • Build lasting relationships with customers for ongoing service contracts and referrals.

  • Work closely with technicians to ensure estimates and scope of services align with field operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience required: 2+ years in pest control, home services sales, or related field.

  • Knowledge of common pest control practices, treatment methods, and prevention a plus.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills—you know how to earn trust and close deals.

  • Ability to measure, assess, and price jobs accurately.

  • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
