About Us

United Services Northwest is a family of locally owned service companies offering tree care, landscaping, roofing, construction, and more throughout Western Washington. Our Washington Pressure Washing division specializes in residential and commercial cleaning services including siding, driveways, roofs, patios, fences, and decks.

We’re seeking a motivated Pressure Washing Estimator (Sales) to meet with customers, provide accurate estimates, and close jobs. This is a client-facing role that combines sales, estimating, and customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate pressure washing needs.
  • Provide detailed and accurate estimates for services such as siding, concrete, roof cleaning, patios, decks, and fences.
  • Educate customers on service options, processes, and timelines.
  • Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and close sales.
  • Collaborate with crews to ensure job scope matches client expectations.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience required: 2+ years in sales, estimating, or related field (pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, or construction preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of surfaces, cleaning techniques, and equipment a plus.
  • Ability to measure, assess, and price jobs accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills—you know how to earn trust and close deals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with CRM or estimating software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
