Our Washington Pressure Washing division specializes in residential and commercial cleaning services including siding, driveways, roofs, patios, fences, and decks.
We’re seeking a motivated Pressure Washing Estimator (Sales) to meet with customers, provide accurate estimates, and close jobs. This is a client-facing role that combines sales, estimating, and customer service.
What You’ll Do- Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate pressure washing needs.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for services such as siding, concrete, roof cleaning, patios, decks, and fences.
- Educate customers on service options, processes, and timelines.
- Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Collaborate with crews to ensure job scope matches client expectations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Previous experience required: 2+ years in sales, estimating, or related field (pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, or construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of surfaces, cleaning techniques, and equipment a plus.
- Ability to measure, assess, and price jobs accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—you know how to earn trust and close deals.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with CRM or estimating software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
