We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Design / Sales Specialist to help us expand our reach and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do- Meet with prospective customers at their property to understand their landscaping needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates for jobs ranging from basic lawn care to full-service landscaping, irrigation, and hardscapes.
- Educate customers on available options, materials, and project timelines.
- Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.
- Build lasting customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with crews to ensure project scopes are clear and jobs run smoothly.
- Experience in landscaping sales or estimating (residential or light commercial).
- Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, and landscape materials.
- Ability to read site conditions and confidently prepare bids.
- Strong people skills—you’re able to earn trust and close deals.
- Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, estimating software, or spreadsheets).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
